Join us in sewing for our communities.

The Community Service Neighborhood Group meets on a regular basis to complete sewing projects that benefit various community needs.

Members who cannot attend meetings may work on the projects at home.

Every year we participate in the Project Linus Quilt project.Project Linus is a non-profit organization that provides blankets made by Blanketeers to children in need of a hug. Currently, the quilts are delivered to all of the Kosair Hospitals, Children First and other local organizations. Ninety percent of the blankets stay within the Louisville Metro Area. However when a disaster strikes, the blankets may be sent to help the survivors in other areas. Finished quilts are due in March.
